The Chelsea Bonbeach Train Station Group held another successful working bee on Saturday the 13th of February at Bonbeach.

The working bee volunteers collected 8 Garbage bags of rubbish, numerous trees were tidied up and hedges were trimmed to help beautify the surrounding areas of the Bonbeach Station.

The Bonbeach Historical Seat was maintained again by the volunteers ensuring Bonbeach’s history was preserved. (Pictured)

Metro representative Jeff Heninng , Local Member Jenny Lindell and MP Mark Dreyfus visited the group during the working bee to recognise the great work the Volunteers are doing for the Chelsea and Bonbeach Railway Stations.

Paul Coniglio CBTS President commended the volunteers on the fantastic commitment and contribution given over the two hour working bee.

The next working bee will be held on Sunday the 7th of March in conjunction with Clean Up Australia Day. Please show your support on the day coming down at 10am to help out and celebrate with a BBQ.
